Coastal Health & Wellness is excited to announce Coastal Rx Relief - a copay assistance program for insulin/EpiPen prescriptions.

This initiative leverages 340B savings to help make essential, lifesaving medications more affordable for our patients.

Through Coastal Rx Relief, eligible insured patients will pay no more than $25 for their insulin and/or EpiPen prescriptions at Hitchcock Hometown Pharmacy (HHP).

Eligibility criteria:

Must be an active CHW patient who:

• have prescription insurance coverage requiring a copay of over $25
• is filling an insulin/epinephrine prescription written by a CHW provider at HHP
• meets financial qualifications
