Lab Express provides affordable, value-based laboratory testing and limited X-ray services for non-emergency needs. Tests are available for school or program requirements, proof of immunity, wellness monitoring, and other routine health screenings. Services are provided on a request basis only and are self-pay, with payment accepted by cash or credit card.

Lab Express screenings are for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace the care of a healthcare provider. If results are positive or inconclusive, additional testing and follow-up with a medical provider may be recommended. While every effort is made to ensure accurate testing, no medical test is 100% error-free.
