Galveston County Health District and Coastal Health & Wellness' current masking policy will remain in effect after March 10.

All guests and employees are required to wear a mask that covers both their nose and mouth in office areas to protect the health of staff and those we serve.

Masks continue to be a vital tool in our fight against COVID-19 and we strongly recommend the use of masks when in public and around those who are not members of your household.
